We process your data for the following purposes:

  • Handling your booking or message: processing reservations for meetings, coworking, workshops and related catering, and contacting you about your visit (basis: performance of a contract).
  • Improving the website: analysing and improving the website (basis: consent via cookies).

4. How long we keep personal data

We do not keep your personal data longer than strictly necessary for the purposes it was collected for.

  • Booking and contact forms and emails: up to 1 year after your visit or after contact has ended, unless a longer period is required for tax or administrative reasons (Dutch law often requires financial records to be kept for 7 years).
  • Analytics data: we measure website visits with Squarespace Analytics, the built-in statistics of our website host. We keep this data no longer than needed to improve the website.

We only share data with third parties when this is needed to carry out our agreement with you (for example with a local caterer preparing food for your meeting) or to comply with a legal obligation. This includes:
